Labour-market figures describe employer demand and an adjacent occupation; they are not a guarantee of individual hiring or compensation outcomes.

Your case log records completed work.

Your case log records completed cases, current answers, latest reviews and your current rating. A case counts only after every answer is filled and saved.

Questions about access, scoring and feedback.

01What exactly do I get?

You get the ten-chapter Business Judgment Course, a growing library of real company cases, interactive decision boards, transparent AI feedback, historical benchmarks, a saved workbook, and a public case log.

02How much does decidenda cost?

decidenda is free for everyone until 15 September 2026. Register by that date and keep your individual access free forever.

03What is the difference between the course and the cases?

The course teaches eighteen methods through one connected year at Latchkey, an imaginary smart-lock company, so each decision builds on the last. Standalone cases change the company, evidence and stakes, helping you test whether the process transfers.

04Is there one correct answer?

No. Several calls can be defensible. Your reasoning is scored independently from the historical choice and outcome, so a strong dissent can beat a lucky match.

05How is my answer rated?

The reviewer assigns 0–20 points in five published dimensions: framing, evidence, alternatives, uncertainty, and commitment. Every score shows the evidence behind it.

See every scoring anchor
06How do I write a strong answer?

Use FRAME: Frame the decision, use Relevant evidence, compare Alternatives, Manage uncertainty, then Execute and learn. For example: choose a 90-day pilot, cite the demand signal, compare waiting, cap the downside, and name the metric that stops or scales it.

07Does matching the CEO improve my score?

No. The CEO is a historical benchmark, not the answer key. Matching the call earns nothing by itself, and disagreeing does not reduce the rating.

08Can I use hints?

Yes. Every question has a spoiler-free thinking hint and a short method lesson. Opening one labels the attempt Assisted practice; it never reduces the answer score.

09What do ten completed cases prove?

They show that you answered every question across ten cases. Reviews can show patterns in the reasoning you wrote; they do not predict real business outcomes.

010Will this improve my career or income?

decidenda gives you deliberate practice and a visible body of work that can make your reasoning easier to improve, discuss, and verify. It does not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, profit, or business outcome.
