Teams and institutions

Give managers a shared way to frame and defend decisions.

Managers build a common process in the ten-chapter Latchkey simulator, then apply it to real company cases. Individual work prepares the group for sharper live decision discussions.

The Latchkey simulator

01

Ten connected company decisions teach a common process for framing, evidence, alternatives, uncertainty and commitment.

The real company cases

02

Fresh industries and strategic problems show whether the methods survive outside the company story where participants first learned them.

Browse the cases

Move the discussion from opinions to evidence.

A concrete starting point

01

A real company decision gives the room a specific trade-off to discuss.

Independent reasoning

02

Each participant writes a position in their own account before the live discussion.

A clear benchmark

03

The historical decision and outcome give the group something concrete to challenge.

How the programme can run.

  1. 01

    Baseline case

Start with one shared decision before the framework language arrives.

    Initial reasoning sample

  2. 02

    Latchkey course

Work through ten connected decisions and eighteen methods in sequence.

    Shared decision process

  3. 03

    Transfer cases

Apply the same moves to companies, industries and functions that change.

    Practice across contexts

  4. 04

    Live debrief

Compare trade-offs and assumptions without exposing private work by default.

    Evidence-led discussion

What participants work with.

Individual accounts hold each participant’s course progress, case answers and feedback. Live facilitation and cohort logistics sit around that core experience and are shaped with the organisation.

The shared foundation

  • Ten-chapter Business Judgment Course
  • Eighteen practical decision methods
  • One continuous company simulation
  • Tests and evaluated written memos

The transfer practice

  • Published real company cases
  • Interactive decision boards
  • Private five-dimension reviews
  • A personal workbook and case log

Common questions.

01Can managers see each other’s answers?+

No. Answers are private to the account that wrote them. Participants can share their reasoning in the live discussion if they choose.

02What does the score mean?+

It reviews the reasoning shown in one answer across five published dimensions. It is not a measure of job performance.
